When will I receive my card?

In most cases, your new card will arrive within 14 business days of being approved.

What if I don't receive my card within two weeks?

If you do not receive your card within 21 days after being approved, please contact our Lost/Stolen Department immediately at 1-888-260-4532. They are available 24 hours, seven days a week.

What will my credit line be?

Why was my credit card declined when I tried to use it for a foreign transaction?

For the security reasons, foreign transactions may be declined if you do not notify us before using your credit card outside of the U.S.  Please call us at 1-866-453-2636 to set a travel alert before you attempt to use your credit card internationally.

Where can I use my Milestone Gold Mastercard?

You can use your Milestone Gold Mastercard for purchases and cash advances anywhere you see the MasterCard logo, at over 33 million locations in 210 countries.

Can I use my Milestone Gold Mastercard to get a cash advance?

Yes, subject to credit approval, you can use your Milestone Gold Mastercard for cash advances at many financial institutions worldwide. Please read your Cardholder Agreement (upon approval) for more information on cash advances. Once approved, you may call and request a personal identification number (PIN) to be sent to you in the mail; your PIN allows you to securely access cash at many ATMs.

Can I manage my new Milestone Gold Mastercard account online?

Absolutely! Once you are approved and receive your new credit card, you can create a login and password on our secure site, www.mymilestonecard.com. You can then start managing your new account online.

Will my Milestone Gold Mastercard offer fraud protection?

If your card is lost or stolen, please call 1-888-260-4532 right away. If your card is lost or stolen and used without your permission, you may not be responsible for those charges.

Chip Card

What is a chip card?

A chip card is a credit card embedded with a microchip that when used at chip-enabled terminals will provide enhanced security and additional protection from counterfeit fraud. 

How does the chip provide enhanced security?

The microchip creates a unique single-use code to validate the transaction when used at chip enabled registers – helping to protect your card from unauthorized use.

Is the chip card easy to use?

Yes! At chip enabled terminals, simply insert the chip end of your card into the slot, follow the instructions on the screen and remove your card when the transaction is complete!

What if there is no chip enabled terminal at the retailer?

Simply swipe your card’s magnetic stripe in the slot provided.

How do I cancel Credit Protection?

You may cancel Credit Protection at any time by contacting the Plan Administrator at 1-800-693-9571 or by signing in to your account online at [www.websiteaddresstbd.com] and selecting “Manage Credit Protection”.

How do I enroll in Credit Protection?

You can enroll in Credit Protection at application, or once you are a cardholder, at any time by signing in to your account online and selecting “Manage Credit Protection”. Enrollment availability subject to eligibility requirements.

How do I request Credit Protection benefits?

If you are enrolled in Credit Protection, you may request benefits by calling the Plan Administrator at 1-800-693-9571 or visiting our Credit Protection Portal at <Link to portal if possible>.

What is the cost of Credit Protection?

The monthly fee is $1.49 per $100, or part thereof, of the ending balance on your billing statement. The monthly fee will be charged each month to your Milestone Gold Mastercard Account.

Can I cancel Credit Protection?

Yes, you may cancel Credit Protection at any time. If you are not satisfied and you cancel Credit Protection within the first 30 days of enrollment, any monthly fees charged to your Milestone Gold Mastercard Account will be credited.

What are the benefits offered by Credit Protection?

Credit Protection offers benefits for the following events: Involuntary Unemployment, Disability and Permanent Disability, Loss of Life, Hospitalization, Natural Disaster, and Auto Service of $250 or Greater. There are eligibility requirements, conditions and exclusions that could prevent you from receiving these benefits, and you may not qualify for some benefits. For example, if you are retired, you will not be eligible for involuntary unemployment benefits.
